Maplewood Library has created a three-year strategic plan. This plan will be used as a guide for utilizing our resources, staff and programming to best reflect the needs of our community. The planning process began with a Community Forum, which focused on creating the ideal community and the library’s role in shaping it. The library staff also contributed their own suggestions and ideas to help the library respond to the community. It is our goal to move into the future, even in tough economic times, and realize our fullest potential.

Although we face many challenges ahead during this uncertain economic time, we want to provide the very best services and materials we can. Our plan will help ensure that our library continues to enrich the lives of the people of Maplewood.
