Maplewood Library is working to create a Strategic Plan for 2013-15.  In the fall of 2012 we surveyed our customers and other interested parties to learn their ideas and opinions about the Library.  Over 1500 respondents completed the survey.  Here is a summary of the survey results.

Maplewood Library created a three-year strategic plan for 2010-2012. This plan has been used as a guide for utilizing our resources, staff and programming to best reflect the needs of our community. The planning process began with a Community Forum, which focused on creating the ideal community and the library’s role in shaping it. The library staff also contributed their own suggestions and ideas to help the library respond to the community.   Our plan helps ensure that our library continues to enrich the lives of the people of Maplewood.
