Book Binding Poetry

Main Library – We will meet in the Teen Zone and use the books in the young adult collection to write our own poems out of book titles.  Photographs of the poems will be taken and hung in the Teen Zone.

Join architects Camilla Foulks Zelevansky and Huzefa Irfani of Studiovert in building a full scale stage canopy made out of recycled materials to be displayed at Green Day.  The design was developed during a teen design program last summer.  Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent.

Hilton Poem in Your Pocket Day

April is National Poetry Month, so come to Hilton, find a great poem, and we’ll laminate it so that you can keep it in your pocket. It also makes a great gift!
