Chef Jesse Author Talk, Tasting & Book Launch


Main Library – Saturday, Dec. 16, 3:30-4:30 pm.Chef Jesse Jones and Linda Eckhardt are proud to announce their new cookbook-memoir which offers 40 of Chef Jesse’s favorite feasts, along with the story of his life.

Chef Jesse Jones’s story is honest and heartfelt as he describes how the kitchen saved him from the streets. When he used his hard-won French     technique to make Southern fried chicken, then served it alongside his sweet potato waffles, all his diners could say was POW!

Chef Jesse is a gifted American chef who has owned his own restaurant, cooked in five-star restaurants, and cheffed for celebrities. He gives himself to charity events, to teaching kids to cook, and to encouraging everybody to get in the kitchen and cook.
