New Thursday Night Book Group

Manhattan Beach

Main Library – Dec. 13 @ 7:00. Maplewood Library is pleased to announce Classic and Contemporary, our new book discussion group. This month’s title is Manhattan Beach by Jennifer Egan. The group will be facilitated by Dennis Donahue, Ph.D., former director of the Albert Dorman Honors College at NJIT. Meetings are at 7 pm at Main Library.

Upcoming titles and dates are as follows. The books can be borrowed from Maplewood Library or requested through the BCCLS consortium with your Maplewood Library card.

February 14: The Book Thief by Markus Zusak 

March 14: The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen

April 11: Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert

May 9: In the Midst of Winter by Isabel Allende
