Women’s Wellness Morning: Escape for Some “Me” Time

Wellness Morning

Saturday, July 18, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at Main Library – Break out of your routine and make a plan for a healthier life.  We’ll warm-up with a short walk, a gentle stretch, some deep breathing and meditation. 

Then we will:

– Discuss eating for energy, weight management and personal motivation.

– Get expert tips on shopping for fitness clothing and equipment on a budget.

– Set our own personal wellness goals and learn how to manage (and follow through with) them

– Enjoy some healthy snacks and beverages

We’ll wrap up with a group coaching discussion tailored to our questions and struggles.

Risa Olinsky, M.A. is a health and wellness coach, and owner of Count On Yourself Coaching. She works with individuals to improve their daily and long-term lifestyle habits and goals.
