Thursday Night Book Club: Regeneration

Thursday, Nov. 6 at 7:00 pm - Main Library - This month's book club selection, Regeneration by Pat Barker, explores the experience of British army officers being treated for shell shock during World War I.  During the month of November, Maplewood Library will present a series of special programs commemorating the World War I Centennial and honoring our veterans and active military.

Author Talk, Book Signing & Book Release Party

Main Library - October 30  at 7 p.m. Paper Love: Searching for the Girl My Grandfather Left Behind, a visit by author Sarah Wildman.  Join us on the book's release date! Refreshments will be served.

Career Exploration Seminar

For High School Students and Parents Monday, 10/27 at 7:00 - Main Library - Learning about opportunities related to your interests and skills can help students feel excited about their future.  During this seminar, you and your parents can explore, find a direction, a college, or a program that is right for you.  More information    

Hilton Open Computer Lab/Maker Space

Maplewood Library's MakerSpace at Hilton Branch is open! Drop in EVERY MONDAY from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Patrons can use Rhino 3D software to build a model, print an object on our 3D printer or use our new color printer.  Printing times may vary, depending on file size and demand.
