Indira has been a character-in-waiting her whole life. She is surprised at being chosen to travel to Fable and train at Protagonist Preparatory, a school that creates heroes. Indira’s dreams of becoming a hero don’t go as planned when she discovers all of Fable is under siege.

Together with her friends Maxi and Phoenix by her side, Indira pieces together clues that will reveal who is behind the dark magic threatening them all. Can a side character really save the day?
